A high-intensity, endurance-focused class combining functional fitness with running. Designed to build strength, stamina, and mental grit, it’s perfect for anyone training for a Hyrox event or simply looking for a full-body challenge. Scalable for all abilities.

Open Gym

Train on your own schedule with full access to our top-quality equipment and facilities. While these sessions aren’t coached, our experienced coaches are always on hand to offer advice, answer questions, and help you get the most from your training.

Nic is a level 4 qualified Sports Massage Therapist. Offering massage to help with maintaining sports and day to day life but also can support with sports injury rehabilitation offering advice and support to get you back training as soon as possible with the aim of long term success and strength.

Hybrid Class

Our 45-minute Hybrid classes, running Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 12:45 PM, are the perfect midday boost. Combining strength and conditioning elements, these fast-paced sessions are designed to maximize results in minimal time. Whether you're on a lunch break or squeezing in a quick workout, you'll get a full-body challenge that builds power, endurance, and mobility all in under an hour.

Endurance classes offer a thrilling opportunity to push your limits alongside fellow enthusiasts. It's a chance to go the distance, keep that heart rate soaring, and really test your body's energy systems in a way that shorter daily WODs  just can't match. I’ve trained at CrossFit 17 for over 4 years. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming, motivating, and inclusive. One of the best things about the gym is the strong sense of community. Everyone supports each other, whether it’s your first workout or you’ve been training for years. People genuinely celebrate each other’s progress, which makes it a great environment to train in. Etham and the coaches have a fantastic wealth of knowledge accross all realms of fitness. They take the time to make sure everyone understands the movements, focuses on proper technique, and always encourages you to push yourself safely. Their passion for CrossFit and helping people improve really shows in how the gym is run. The programming is challenging but scalable for all levels, so anyone can get involved and see progress over time. The equipment is well maintained and every class has a great energy. If you’re looking for a place to get fitter, stronger, and be part of a supportive fitness community, I’d highly recommend CrossFit 17.

CrossFit 17 has completely changed the way I train. Supported me to find my motivation in fitness which had previously been lost. The coaches are very knowledgeable and encouraging. Finding the perfect balance between pushing you to grow and making sure you feel supported and confident in every session. The coaches have a strong attention to detail and focus on proper technique. What makes it even more special is the community. There’s such a strong team atmosphere — everyone is welcoming and motivating, the kind of environment that makes you want to show up, even on the tough days. I am not the most sociable person but I do love working out. People there are friendly and came to talk to me /help as I probably wouldn't myself. The owner and his wife makes so many efforts to create a community not just a gym. They are really amazing. They do extra activities like watching a movie, Christmas wreath and more related to the gym: competetions, nutrition presentations, etc There are many classes and anything is adapted by the coach. I m getting old with arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis so i always have something off and they never mind changing anything for me! Just come and give it a go!
