A high-intensity, endurance-focused class combining functional fitness with running. Designed to build strength, stamina, and mental grit, it’s perfect for anyone training for a Hyrox event or simply looking for a full-body challenge. Scalable for all abilities.

Open Gym

Train on your own schedule with full access to our top-quality equipment and facilities. While these sessions aren’t coached, our experienced coaches are always on hand to offer advice, answer questions, and help you get the most from your training.

Nic is a level 4 qualified Sports Massage Therapist. Offering massage to help with maintaining sports and day to day life but also can support with sports injury rehabilitation offering advice and support to get you back training as soon as possible with the aim of long term success and strength.

Hybrid Class

Our 45-minute Hybrid classes, running Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 12:45 PM, are the perfect midday boost. Combining strength and conditioning elements, these fast-paced sessions are designed to maximize results in minimal time. Whether you're on a lunch break or squeezing in a quick workout, you'll get a full-body challenge that builds power, endurance, and mobility all in under an hour.

Endurance classes offer a thrilling opportunity to push your limits alongside fellow enthusiasts. It's a chance to go the distance, keep that heart rate soaring, and really test your body's energy systems in a way that shorter daily WODs  just can't match. I am not the most sociable person but I do love working out. People there are friendly and came to talk to me /help as I probably wouldn't myself. The owner and his wife makes so many efforts to create a community not just a gym. They are really amazing. They do extra activities like watching a movie, Christmas wreath and more related to the gym: competetions, nutrition presentations, etc There are many classes and anything is adapted by the coach. I m getting old with arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis so i always have something off and they never mind changing anything for me! Just come and give it a go!

Amazing gym! I have been to so many different gyms over the years and nothing compares to CrossFit 17. I have never seen progress before doing “normal” gym workouts but in the time I have been doing CrossFit I have felt such a difference in my body and confidence. Every class is different so you are constantly learning something new and don’t get bored of the workouts. The coaches are really supportive and know what they are doing to guide you to get stronger. Thank you Crossfit17, you have forever changed the way I will exercise!

I joined CF17 6 months ago, my third baby was 4 months old. A friend reccomended trying a free session. So I went along with my baby and gave it a try. I felt petrified, after having two babies in less than 2.5 years my fitness had taken a back seat during my pregnancies. As a lover of running, I'd never really lifted weights, so it was something totally new for me. The new challenge is what I needed, my confidence was rock bottom, living on no sleep, overweight, fitness lost, I felt lost. I'd lost my identity just being 'Mum'. I have never looked back, initially I started the 9.30am classes taking my baby along with me whilst he was so young. The coaches have really helped scale the sessions for my postpartum recovery. As my confidence has built, I've tried several different time slots and different sessions. I have attended 3-4 times a week for 6 months and love the 7am class. Whilst training at CF17 these past 6 months, it's helped me build myself back together again, my fitness is the best it's been. I am back to pre baby weight, I have made new friends and I feel part of such an inspiring, energetic community. The coaches are all incredible, their knowledge is second to none, I have never done workouts like it. I have never pushed myself so much, but also never felt so confident in doing so. They believe in your abilities, so that makes you believe in yourself. Most of all it is fun, everyone has such a laugh, it doesn't matter if you can't do some of the moves, they adapt and support you, everyone is there trying their best! It's the best place and I am so thankful to be apart of such a special place.
