Hyrox
A high-intensity, endurance-focused class combining functional fitness with running. Designed to build strength, stamina, and mental grit, it’s perfect for anyone training for a Hyrox event or simply looking for a full-body challenge. Scalable for all abilities.

Open Gym
Train on your own schedule with full access to our top-quality equipment and facilities. While these sessions aren’t coached, our experienced coaches are always on hand to offer advice, answer questions, and help you get the most from your training.

Teen Classes
Fun, engaging, and coach-led sessions designed to help teenagers build strength, fitness, and confidence. Every workout is tailored to age and ability, focusing on safe technique, teamwork, and a positive training environment.

Ashfield Sports Massage
Nic is a level 4 qualified Sports Massage Therapist. Offering massage to help with maintaining sports and day to day life but also can support with sports injury rehabilitation offering advice and support to get you back training as soon as possible with the aim of long term success and strength.

Hybrid Class
Our 45-minute Hybrid classes, running Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 12:45 PM, are the perfect midday boost. Combining strength and conditioning elements, these fast-paced sessions are designed to maximize results in minimal time. Whether you're on a lunch break or squeezing in a quick workout, you'll get a full-body challenge that builds power, endurance, and mobility all in under an hour.

Enduro Class
Endurance classes offer a thrilling opportunity to push your limits alongside fellow enthusiasts. It's a chance to go the distance, keep that heart rate soaring, and really test your body's energy systems in a way that shorter daily WODs just can't match. Join us weekly to stretch your limits, go the extra mile, and have a blast with a group of like-minded fitness fanatics!
