Hyrox

A high-intensity, endurance-focused class combining functional fitness with running. Designed to build strength, stamina, and mental grit, it’s perfect for anyone training for a Hyrox event or simply looking for a full-body challenge. Scalable for all abilities.

Open Gym

Train on your own schedule with full access to our top-quality equipment and facilities. While these sessions aren’t coached, our experienced coaches are always on hand to offer advice, answer questions, and help you get the most from your training.

Ashfield Sports Massage

Nic is a level 4 qualified Sports Massage Therapist. Offering massage to help with maintaining sports and day to day life but also can support with sports injury rehabilitation offering advice and support to get you back training as soon as possible with the aim of long term success and strength.

Hybrid Class

Our 45-minute Hybrid classes, running Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 12:45 PM, are the perfect midday boost. Combining strength and conditioning elements, these fast-paced sessions are designed to maximize results in minimal time. Whether you're on a lunch break or squeezing in a quick workout, you'll get a full-body challenge that builds power, endurance, and mobility all in under an hour.

Endurance classes offer a thrilling opportunity to push your limits alongside fellow enthusiasts. It's a chance to go the distance, keep that heart rate soaring, and really test your body's energy systems in a way that shorter daily WODs  just can't match. Join us weekly to stretch your limits, go the extra mile, and have a blast with a group of like-minded fitness fanatics!

What an absolutely brilliant experience. The owner is so nice and welcoming and talked me through every movement that I didnt understand. I had a free taster session and if you are unsure I definitely recommend. There was even friendly doggies there :)

I’ve been part of the CrossFit17 Community for over a decade and it’s the best investment into my fitness and lifestyle I’ve ever made, there is nothing finer than being amongst like minded people, from all walks of life who all striving for the same goals, making it out alive ……… The community is amazing, from day one and coming from a background of individual sports with the odd Global gym memberships it was great to feel accepted and supported. The coaching is first rate, the box itself is first class, there has been no expense spared in providing the best equipment out there for all to use. The head coach Etham assisted by Sophie has made C17 a welcoming and inviting social box for all, that I am proud to be a member of. Even now I still don’t have everything in my bag, I try hard, listen to the coaches and make scaled adaptations to my workouts, this for me is the beauty of CrossFit, there is a place for everyone in every WOD and especially at CF17. They say the hardest thing is walking through that door, let me tell you its true, but rest assured of those that have been brave enough to do it, very few ever looked back or leave the community.

I initially joined CrossFit 17 about two years ago just to train alongside my son, but I quickly got completely hooked—and I haven't looked back! This place is truly special, and it has absolutely everything you need to succeed, no matter your fitness level. ​The varied workouts keep things fresh and challenging, meaning I never hit a plateau or get bored. But a great workout is only as good as the coaching, and the team here is absolutely top-notch. They are incredibly knowledgeable and, crucially, so encouraging. They meet you where you are and push you safely to improve every single session. ​The community are supportive and everyone is genuinely rooting for each other. That incredible camaraderie is what gets you through the toughest workouts. If you're looking for a gym that feels like a family, look no further. Highly, highly recommended!
